Our Chat Bot located on the bottom right-hand corner of the website (mimicomedical.com) is the best way to reach us. This conversational tool uses optimized Artificial Intelligence to help us prioritize cases based on clinical urgency.
The Chat Bot is much more effective than phone calls when flagging clinic issues or booking appointments. It is our primary method of communication with all patients, new and current and allows us to understand your requests in more comprehensive detail.
We are committed to an elevated Culture of Care – our staff is often engaged with patients attending their scheduled appointments. Because of this, phone calls are not the best way to get in touch. The voicemail is available if your preference is to contact us by phone and voicemails are checked and cleared on a daily basis during business hours.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our foremost commitment is to keep our patients safe. Our experienced staff have been trained to triage each patient request, based on medical urgency standards by the Ontario Medical Association. Priority of response is based on patient safety.
Issues that are confirmed to be urgent will be responded to on the same business day. Responses to non-urgent requests may take up to 72 hours.
As we continue to navigate the pandemic, please avoid coming into the clinic without a scheduled appointment.
